Our instructors are experienced EMS Professionals with years of service in the Emergency Medical Services field. A.D. Quality EMS Training Inc. is an accredited training institute by the Massachusetts Office of Emergency Services.
Al Deshler founded A.D. Quality EMS Training, Inc., inspired by his personal journey with renal failure. Despite the challenges of dialysis, he began sharing his expertise and discovered a passion for teaching. Al’s background in the fire service and as a paramedic helped him expand his instruction to various EMS topics. Al’s mission is to cultivate a community of professionals who share their wisdom and experiences, empowering others to embark on their journey in the medical field.
Kelly is an EMT Basic, AHA Instructor, and an Instructor Coordinator for BLS. Born and raised in Worcester, MA, Kelly has been instructing EMT courses for over 15 plus years. She has worked for private companies, supported local sporting events. She previously instructed at her family’s company Quality EMS Educator’s Inc. She loves to instruct and share her knowledge with others. During her off time she enjoys her family, friends, the ocean, and reading books. She recently married the Founder and enjoys working with him.
Zach is a Firefighter and Paramedic. He is a passionate and experienced instructor that leaves an imprint on his students. Zach’s favorite subject to teach is Patient Assessment, because “It is a station we introduce in the middle of training and is a crucial skill for every EMT.” Zach is instrumental in running the business. He is always working and supporting A.D. Quality in every aspect. He is an asset to the team. If you have taken a course from us you probably have seen, heard, or spoken to Zach. During his time off he enjoy his family and friends.

Mitch is an AHA Instructor and dedicated full-time firefighter paramedic stationed out of Ayer, Massachusetts. Following in his father’s footsteps, Mitch found his calling in EMS, driven by the desire to help others. With six years of experience, he thrives on nurturing the next generation of EMS professionals. In his downtime, Mitch enjoys the thrill of adventure. Whatever the season, you’ll find Mitch enjoying activities such as snowboarding, surfing, rock climbing, hiking, and more.
Charles Dillon is a highly experienced paramedic with 29 years of service with the Ayer Fire Department. With an impressive 41-year career in the Massachusetts Army National Guard, his dedication to public service is truly admirable. Married with five adult children, Charles also dedicates his time to A.D. Quality EMS Training, where he imparts his expertise to new EMTs, finding fulfillment in witnessing their growth. Outside of work, he enjoys working with his five dogs on detection work, as well as hunting and camping with his spouse, fostering a deep connection to nature and family.
